So who are we looking for?
You will be joining us as a Business Support Assistant, working to provide comprehensive support to the recruitment operations of the business. You will ensure administrative tasks are undertaken efficiently, effectively and compliantly. You will also carry out resourcing, which means you will screen and source candidates for opportunities.

You will be able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You will have confident IT skills, a professional telephone manner and will share in our commitment to providing an excellent service to both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact, both via phone, email and face-to-face.
  • Responding to enquiries or directing to the appropriate point of contact as required.
  • Ensuring administration is carried out compliantly and accurately. Such tasks may include obtaining references, and maintaining up-to-date candidate records.
  • Managing the reception area, including welcoming guests and replenishing paperwork.
  • Assisting candidates during the registration process.
  • Keeping the recruitment system fully up to date, with activities tracked.
  • Attending job fairs as required.
  • Undertaking auditing tasks.
  • Acting in the best interests of the company at all times.
  • Assisting with other tasks and projects as requested by the management team.

 

Salary:
Dependant on Experience.

Hours:
8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
