What will I be doing?
This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our Business Support Team within Adult Social Care as a Senior Business Support Assistant. You will be part of a small, friendly and supportive team with many years of experience working within Adult Social Care. As well as receiving a robust and comprehensive induction programme, you will have opportunities to meet with and receive peer support from colleagues across the service areas.
Your day-to-day work will involve:
- Providing an administrative and Business Support service to operational colleagues often dealing with sensitive and/or confidential matters.
- Using a variety of I.T applications and case management systems.
- Minute taking for a range of meetings.
- Management of a Business Support Administrator
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
We offer ongoing support, training and guidance to help you be the best you can be. But it will really help if you:
- Are educated to GCSE level including English and Maths Grade C/4 or equivalent and have significant relevant office experience within an administrative role.
- Can flourish in a fast-paced environment and prioritise work to meet changing deadlines.
- Have working experience using Outlook and Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Are an excellent communicator with a flexible, positive, and committed attitude.

Anything else I should know?
This a Grade 14 role and the salary is £23,114 - £23,893 per annum working 37 hours per week.
