Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Support Officer based in Oxford. This is a temporary contract working full time hours
The job:
- Provide support to officers in the Migrant Education team on a range of Business Support functions and tasks.
- Resource allocation, information management, performance information, engagement and consultation/communication, using a range of Microsoft Office functions.
- Preparing, supporting and minuting relevant meetings along with diary management and administrative support.
- Line manage one to two Business Support staff.
The candidate:
- Experience within a similar Business Support role
- High proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel.
- Track record of working on projects with tangible results
