Your Role:
- Provide administrative support to our senior sales team.
- Take charge of small orders, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Process customer orders and liaise with suppliers to confirm product availability.
- Craft detailed quotes and act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Resolve product and order-related queries efficiently.
- Collect and analyse sales data to assist the sales team.
We Need Someone Who:
- Is eager to build a career in sales and has experience in customer sales orders.
- Boasts excellent numeracy skills and strong GCSEs (Grade C/4 in Maths & English).
- Is outgoing, and enthusiastic, and thrives in a vibrant team setting.
