- Full-time permanent role based in Burntwood
The Role:
As a Sales Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Working within a team of 5 to assist with the company's remedial sales
- Producing quotations for repairs and upgrades
- Logging quotations on the sales system and communicating with clients pre and post quote
- Providing a high level of customer service and completing required administration for each customer order
- Liaising with field service engineers to ensure information relating to quotes is gained and utilised
- Preparing quotations for checking by line management before sending
The Candidate:
The ideal Sales Coordinator candidate will have:
- Experience in Telesales/Service Sales/Parts Sales
- Experience working within SME's (small and medium sized enterprises)
- A history of working with warm enquiries and leads
- Experience of producing quotations with a service or technical bias
- Strong IT skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrable experience of working to targets and a desire to work as part of a team
