Key Responsibilities:
- Management and administration of the training matrices, ensuring that all required training is booked with as less disruption to the business as possible. Identifying any employee training requirements as old certificates expire
- Document control of safe systems of work, ensuring these are communicated to the relevant teams.
- Maintaining the internal management system (process maps), working with department heads to update when required.
- Reconciling damage report forms, accurately logging and submitting costs to the commercial team.
- Creating digital forms to support new processes/procedures.
- Compiling monthly graphs and reports.
The Academy Team are people focussed and support line management with:
- The creation of bespoke induction plans, and assisting with induction delivery of new starters.
- The collation of materials for recruitment events, attending on the day to assist..
- The formation of career pathways, supporting teammates with their own development.
- There will also be opportunity to support the Academy Manager with various ad hoc projects to develop own knowledge and skill set.
