We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team and provide essential administrative support. This role involves processing sales orders, managing dispatch and export documentation, handling reception duties, and maintaining effective communication with customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, particularly with export and dispatch processes, and be proficient in using MS Office packages.
Day-to-day of the role:- Process sales orders from order to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Book transportation and complete export documentation as required.
- Manage the franking of post for collection and take credit card payments.
- Perform reception duties, including taking telephone calls and meeting and greeting customers in line with company standards.
- Liaise with customers by phone and email, providing excellent service and support.
- Assist other office staff with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Good telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- Competence with MS Office packages, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience in export and dispatch processes.
- Familiarity with accounting packages, including raising sales orders and progressing to invoice.
- Proven experience working in an office environment undertaking similar tasks.
- 20 days holiday plus 9 bank holidays.
