Our client is an established, family business based in Burton. They have a rare opportunity which has arisen for someone to work part-time in their busy office, carrying out a variety of duties covering administration, accounts, PA work, etc as follows:
Answering the telephone and addressing any queries
Preparing documentation on behalf of the director
Filing, photocopying, scanning, etc
Making regular use of Excel, Word and email
Preparing information for payroll
Welcoming visitors to the office
Preparing refreshments, etc
Ad hoc duties as may arise
This role would suit someone used to working for a smaller business as you will need to have a very flexible approach to your work. You will definitely need to be confident in using IT and a keyboard as well as being friendly and a team player.
Our client is flexible regarding hours but will need someone in each day, working around 5-6 hours a day so happy to cater for school hours if needed.
