We are delighted to be working with a successful and reputable publishing business in Oxford, to recruit a part-time Office Co-Ordinator to join their team.
You will be working closely with the Production Manager and Editorial Manager to maintain the office, ensuring maintenance is carried out regularly, health & safety is adhered to and inductions are carried out.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and co-ordinate health & safety procedures for the office
- Manage all office maintenance and coordinate contractors
- Input purchase orders on to Sage system
- Liaise with accounts department and Head Office regarding payments
- Ordering office supplies, ensure inventory is maintained
- Ensuring compliance is maintained
We are looking for a strong administrator, who is organised, professional and can work cohesively with a small team.
This role is working 28 hours per week, to be worked flexibly to suit you!
Standard hours of work are 9 00.
