Job description

We are recruiting an Business Support Administrator to join our client on a full time, permanent basis in Diss, Norfolk.
Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am -5:00pm. 1 hour for lunch. 37.5 hours per week.
Holiday: 28 days per year plus 8 bank holidays
1 day work from home per week.
Duties include:
* General administrative, organisational and logistical support to the Senior Management Team
* Processing onhire/offhire paperwork and client feedback forms for sales/rental/service
* Drafting sales invoices for approval
* Complete arrangements for business trips and meetings for the Senior Management Team
* Assist with diary management and meeting follow ups for the CEO
* Support Company credit card and expense submissions for the Senior Management Team
* Logging of marketing visits on respective databases and assisting with marketing visit preparation as required
* Stock management and purchasing of business cards, letterheads and corporate brochures
* Assist with sourcing gifts for marketing visits
* Update CRM system with client details to ensure completeness and accuracy of records
* Production of client reports from the Company's SAP and CRM systems
* Organise travel and accommodation for visitors and personnel
* Assist with visa applications for personnel as required
* Responsible for answering and directing incoming calls and messages to the appropriate persons/departments
