Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am -5:00pm. 1 hour for lunch. 37.5 hours per week.
Holiday: 28 days per year plus 8 bank holidays
1 day work from home per week.
Duties include:
- General administrative, organisational and logistical support to the Senior Management Team
- Processing onhire/offhire paperwork and client feedback forms for sales/rental/service
- Drafting sales invoices for approval
- Complete arrangements for business trips and meetings for the Senior Management Team
- Assist with diary management and meeting follow ups for the CEO
- Support Company credit card and expense submissions for the Senior Management Team
- Logging of marketing visits on respective databases and assisting with marketing visit preparation as required
- Stock management and purchasing of business cards, letterheads and corporate brochures
- Assist with sourcing gifts for marketing visits
- Update CRM system with client details to ensure completeness and accuracy of records
- Production of client reports from the Company s SAP and CRM systems
- Organise travel and accommodation for visitors and personnel
- Assist with visa applications for personnel as required
- Responsible for answering and directing incoming calls and messages to the appropriate persons/departments
