Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Support Officer based in Hackney. This is a contract role working full time hours.
The job:

• Business support administration tasks, such as organising and supporting meetings, minute taking, reporting, database management, electronic filing, co-ordinating rotas
• Finance administration tasks, such as processing invoices, making purchases for the team and recording spend
• Front office tasks, such as first point of contact for the service via phone and email, assisting with enquiries, applications and forms

The candidate:

• Previous experience in similar role is essential
• Minute taking skills, strong administrative background
• Public sector experience
