A local authority is looking for a Business Support Officer to join their Disrepair Team.
Paying between £18-20 LTD an hour.
As a Business Support Officer, your responsibilities will be:
- To provide excellent services to customers understanding and meeting individual needs
- To provide administrative support to the Disrepair service
- Record customer complaints on the corporate complaints system and send acknowledgements to customers in accordance with the Council’s complaints procedure.
- To complete all tasks efficiently and effectively within any set deadlines
They will be looking to induct interviews as soon as possible and have someone start at the earliest opportunity.
