Your new role
The organisation are looking for a Business Support Officer on a part-time basis, 22.5 hours a week. Initially, the contract will be 3 months, but there is potential for it to be extended. The office is based in Winterbourne and you will only be required to work in the office one day a week. This role offers flexible working. Pay for the role is £12 per hour. Main duties of the role include:
- Support a programme, assisting with recruitment processes; managing applications through an internal CRM system
- Support for finance administration
- Oversee the national volunteer inbox and social media channels, responding to queries or signposting to relevant colleagues
- Supporting the planning of the annual volunteer network meeting
- Meetings and travel bookings
- Maintaining documents
- Data-gathering
- Running reports
- Very competent IT user with experience of Microsoft Office
- Experience of working in an office environment, ideally providing administrative support
- Experience of organising meetings, minute taking and producing agendas
- Experience of supporting colleagues using bespoke internal systems
- Experience working in a large team
