Job Description
What you’ll do
The Business Support Partner will fundamentally be responsible for managing their team and ensuring the successful planning, co-ordination and end-to-end delivery of all Business Support and Business Support projects, whilst ensuring a ’best practice’ approach to system and process adoption is maintained when improving business efficiencies and KPIs.
You will be managing a regional team consisting of Business Support Officers, while maintaining the effective functionality of a central support team and Director-level stakeholder relationships. You will need excellent stakeholder, communication, customer service, support skills, and be able to set the standard when supporting the operational teams through change.

Qualifications
What you need
The successful candidate will have;
- 5 or more years of experience in a Social Care environment in a similar role
- Confident leadership skills
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to positively influence stakeholders for successful project outcomes
- Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Experience in managing remote teams and collaborative environments.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Very strong organisational and time management skills, able to work under high-pressure deadlines.
- Effective prioritisation and execution skills in a high-pressure environment
- Keen attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality process/training documentation
- Capacity to work independently with little supervision
- Desirable understanding of Project Management methodologies
- Ability to efficiently plan and manage workloads, ensuring project and task deadlines are met
Additional Requirements:
- Full UK Driving license is essential due to nationwide travel
- You will need to be based close to at least one of our office location’s
- Flexibility for short notice travel
