Salary: Circa £32,000 depending on experience

Our Dynamic Working policy allows individuals flexibility around the hours they work and where they work. Typically for this role you will be required to work 3 days per week on-site.
The opportunity!
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the UK Support Function team. You will undertake specific responsibilities to support, prioritise and coordinate effective and efficient technical administrative support to MBDA's Manufacturing Engineering and Operations Functions. You will need to exhibit a high level of organisation skills, phenomenal team ethic and the ability to collaborate with people at all levels both internally and externally, whilst accepting innovative ways of working.
- Will be based in our Bolton office with the flexibility to travel to other UK sites
- Generate and maintain a close working relationship with internal and external collaborators
- Support Manufacturing functions to update procedures and processes
- Handle and communicate updates to the Tooling Catalogue
- Sole point of contact for all standard Tooling related queries through the Tooling shared mailbox
- Raising and management of Capital Applications and Purchase requisitions when required
- Software library retrieval and burning of disks
- Point of contact for technical queries for Vendor Management Inventory (from both internal and external collaborators)
- Ensuring Manufacturing organisation is correct and kept up to date within the HR tool (Workday)
- Assist with Bolton new starter inductions and site tours
- Create and maintain roles and responsibility register for all Manufacturing roles
- Maintain Manufacturing Function skills matrix within the DRM (Document Records Management) tool
- Keep Manufacturing intranet sites updated and topical including networking sites within the Manufacturing Functions
- To be a key member within the UK Support Function and participate in engagement activities
- Sharing standard methodology and knowledge within the UK Support Function and offering guidance and training to team members
- Participation and progress on UK Support Function personal development initiatives - to be accountable for own self-learning and development
- Discretion and confidentiality to be maintained
- Any other adhoc technical administration duties
- Can demonstrate a phenomenal team ethic and the ability to interface and build close working relationships with people at all levels both internally and externally
- Can demonstrate an ability to prioritise tasks to achieve results in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of accuracy

- It is important that the post holder undertakes the extensive duties with flexibility, initiative and passion and operates as an integral part of the team
