Evolve are recruiting for a market-leading, family owned Healthcare organisation who are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team!
You’ll be responsible for overseeing and executing several projects, related to Business Systems.
This is a full-time opportunity, based remotely with some travel involved to their offices in Ireland and South East England.

Salary: Up to £50,000 basic + bonus, pension, healthcare and more!
Ideal Requirement for the Business Systems Analyst
- You must have experience of working with CRM systems in a commercial/ business environment.
- ERP experience is preferred, but not essential.
- You will ideally be located within 2.5 hours of Sussex.
Role Responsibilities for the Business Systems Analyst
- Identify and deliver business solutions and requirements in line with the business demands through continuous improvement.
- Ensure the solutions are practical, achievable, cost effective and meet company objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements for system enhancements and new projects.
- Analyse existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimisation.
- Design and document system requirements, including data models, user interfaces, workflows, and integration points.
