BUSINESS SYSTEMS CHANGE MANAGER - Fixed Term Contract until May 2025

Location: Trafford, Bury, Nottingham

You will



    Act as a cross divisional expert on the Sales & Distribution Module of SAP, liaising with and influencing a wide range of stakeholders across the business to deliver new projects, system functionality and training for users 


    Work closely with the IT development team and retail partners, collecting requirements to shape and lead solution design to ensure corrections and new functionality are compatible with the Distribution Centre and Customer Supply Chain processes


    Use knowledge of system landscape and processes to inform on risk of change through ongoing transformation projects, factoring in impacts on all relevant business functions 


    Be responsible for investigation and resolution of issues within SAP and partner systems, identified either through pro-active reporting, or raised by the operational teams 


    Thoroughly validate system improvements prior to their implementation, ensuring an adequate test suite is built and updated to find bugs and regression issues


    Be responsible for upskill of Order to Cash and Customer Supply Chain user communities, acting as the go-to expert on project and operational topics


    Travel between all 3 UKI sites, working with the management team to implement change

You have


    Strong planning and organisation skills with an ability to appropriately reprioritise when it’s right to do so


    A solution orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at pace and cope with ambiguity


    Experience of implementing process-improvement 


    A meticulous approach with the ability to demonstrate the highest level of attention to detail


    Previous experience of working with the SAP SD module, within a L’Oréal environment


    Been involved in or led key projects for the business


    Problem solving skills – Ability to root cause issues, empowering you to take responsibility and contribute your own ideas.


    Can do attitude – No problem is too small, supporting others in need and seeing challenges as an enabler for change


    Working at least an intermediate level on Microsoft Excel


    Knowledge and experience of industry recognised testing frameworks
