Business Transformation Graduate

East Midlands, regular travel to Derby

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

The Transformation Graduate Programme

The automotive industry is moving at an accelerated pace, experiencing unprecedented changes and growing exponentially. Our business is having to move with the times to stay ahead of the game. We’re undergoing an exciting period of change and have introduced a Transformation team to support us as we navigate our way through.


On this programme, you will report directly into our Transformation Lead.


What you'll do day to day

  • Support on and actively contribute towards the success of our high-profile projects
  • Take full ownership of smaller scale projects across our Transformation Team
  • Share your findings and results back to our Transformation community to encourage informed decision making
  • Use your fresh perspective to identify opportunities for us to improve the way we do things here
  • Support our Transformation Lead on ad-hoc tasks and workstreams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to best support project progress

We appreciate that managing projects can sound quite daunting, but you will be working with our colleagues who will be right there with you as you progress your career with us.


Your manager will give you clear and measurable goals for you to work towards and we will provide you the opportunities to develop the technical skills you’ll need to excel on this programme. You’ll also benefit from an official support network who will regularly catch up with you to support your journey.
