Business Travel Consultant - Entertainment

Senior Business travel consultant(entertainment) Required for this expanding TMC to work on a hybrid basis with one day in the office or from home full time if you are not based close to London. Salary between 34k to 40k plus benefits including 25 days holidays, pension and up to 5% bonus .
Senior Business travel consultants duties
-Complete travel arrangements for entertainment clients including air, ground and hotel reservations. Must be comfortable performing exchanges and refunds.
-Respond to client enquiries and concerns with a sense of urgency.
-Independently review client reservations for accuracy and quality; proactively correct errors
-Conduct all business in line with standard procedures. Take 100% ownership of duties and ensure all admin is kept up to date, and client expectations are exceeded.
-Maintain ownership of each client record until departure to ensure all details (including seat assignments, meal preferences, upgrades, etc.) are completed to the client's satisfaction
-Research and provide solutions to any travel-related problem clients may experience; partner with supervisor and peers to correct errors and ensure they are not repeated
-Maintain awareness of all airline rules and regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements and accurately applies this knowledge to all travel arrangements
Business travel consultants skills required
-Experience in handling film, TV and/or music travel is a must
-At least 3 years of experience in travel handling domestic and international travel
-SABRE skills ideally, but they will cross train
-Strong customer service skills
-Experience with high end - high demand travellers
