Business Travel Operations Manager

DUTIES:

• Use data to monitor the teams activity and trends
• Monitoring consultants calls & email quality and to providing performance feedback
• Assisting with onboarding of new employees and coaching
• Take ownership of potential customer issues
• Be proactive in preventing errors, taking action where possible to lessen or avoid any impact on the customer
• Ensuring the team are adequately trained to confidently cross-sell, add value and highlight the benefits of securing a booking
• Ensure the team is following the standard booking procedures

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• A passion for people management and performance coaching
• Previous experience in management/leadership within Business Travel
• Previous Business Travel experience essential
• Excellent fares knowledge of both nett and published airfares
• Exceptional worldwide flights knowledge
• Working knowledge of a GDS system (preferably Sabre)
