Responsible for:
Studios and Studio Team
- Overseeing the day to day running of the Photographic Studios and supporting the delivery of photo shoots across our client base.
- Responsible for the set space allocation and overseeing the set up and take down of studio/lighting.
- Provide leadership to inspire, engage and motivate the studio assistant team, to ensure s7 standards are not only met but continually improved and are of an exceptional standard.
- Clearly communicate the client and project needs to the studio assistants to ensure that the set up meets the agreed brief and to schedule.
- Organisation of the daily studio kit allocation for all photographers/videographers including freelancers.
- Oversee and maintain lighting diagrams and set references and organise updated files as required. All documentation to be filed by client and consistently labelled for ease of use by all.
- Equipment Maintenance - ensure all equipment is in working order before and after use and regularly maintained.
- Oversee all set building requirements and have overall responsibility for the maintenance of these.
- Be a main point of contact for all Studio queries and approach all challenges with a pro-active mindset focussed on delivering solutions.
- Resolve complex studio issues and escalate them where appropriate.
Technical Operations
- IT infrastucture planning, implementation and maintenance.
- Server management including archive.
- IT procurement.
- Disaster Recovery Planning.
- GDPR Lead.
- Project Implementation
- Software Licence Management
- Operational process ownership and continual improvement management.
Business, Operations and Finance
- Ensuring the studios meet all Health and Safety requirements and fire regulations.
- Pro-actively control the necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand whilst remaining within the studio budget.
- Cost effective buying of all studio essentials.
- Create preferred supplier list for all equipment & negotiate on all costs to obtain the best value & terms for seventy7.
- Ensure all studios and S7 spaces are immaculate and free from clutter.
- Continual space improvement program – including but not limited to maintenance, painting, electrics.
- Work closely with the Senior Management Team to develop & improve the offering of Seventy7 across all areas.
- Collaborate closely with all colleagues to understand the needs and standards the studio environment has to be kept to.
- Constantly strive to improve the studio and ways of working around delivering all S7 services and operations.
Key Skills Required: You must:
- Be a self starter and have the ability to organise and prioritise yours and your teams workload.
- Be able to multi-task using effective time management skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be adaptable to change and see problems before they arise.
- Have at least 2 year’s experience in managing I.T. systems/infrastructure.
- Have the ability and energy to work in a fast paced environment.
- Have a strong work ethic and willingness to meet deadlines.
- Be able to use your initiative and work calmly under pressure.
- Be proactive, positive and lead by example.
- Be flexible and adaptable to our ever changing needs of the clients.
- Have exceptional communication skills with both colleagues and clients.
- Be hands on and willing to do any aspect of what is required to get the job done.
This role will be performance managed through Key Performance Indicators (KPS’s) – for example these may include but are not limited to:
- Client/Customer satisfaction.
- Speed of response to internal and external requests.
- Stability and speed of the I.T. infrastructure.
- Adherence to Health & Safety and Fire Regulations.

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
