A small but growing boutique consultancy based in the West End are looking for an EA to come and support the MD on mainly a business basis but with light private work too. This is a great role with lots of involvement and the chance to work within a really supportive and successful team. They offer a hybrid work set up between the hours of 9am-5pm but, naturally, with a role like this some flexibility is needed.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy EA role with lots of variety, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:
- Extensive diary management for the MD
- Travel and meeting management
- Expense management
- Supporting with events and conferences.
- Assisting with wider administrative duties
- Ad hoc private duties
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have at least 3+ years of experience in a similar EA role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
- At least 3 years experience within an Executive Assistant role ideally with some private duties too.
- Can demonstrate working in an efficient manner.
- Proactive nature
- Good use of initiative
- Efficient problem solver
- High attention to detail
