You will play a big part in the continued growth of the business and help shape its future, with a specific focus on packaging, sustainable materials, product certifications, and new product development. You will purchase high-quality materials from a wide variety of suppliers all over the globe.

The company manufactures over 85% of its products locally and sells to over 30 countries internationally.

The role is varied and requires the ability to work with different departments in the company, including compliance, sales, manufacturing, and helping with new product development.
Daily duties include:
- Manage and update the stock control sheet
- Flag up potential stock-level shortages
- Review existing procurement processes, supplier agreements, credit terms, and logistics and shipping costs.
- Purchase all materials for production
- Research suppliers and identify backup suppliers
- Ensure materials conform to third-party certifications - COSMOS Natural Standard, Vegan Society Approved, Cruelty Free International and B Corp.
- Ensure product quality is upheld and improved.
- Actively search for new products, packaging & raw materials to help push the product range forward and reduce environmental impact.
- Understand EPR and other packaging requirements.
- Support needs with packaging functions (innovation, sustainability, life cycle) and ensure the effective development of compliant packaging concepts.
