£23,000 to £25,000 per annum
20 days holiday + birthday + bank holidays + 1 day per year
100 % office based

This is an amazing opportunity for a driven and ambitious person who would like to get into retail buying and product management.
I am looking for a switched-on administrator who has solid skills but who wants to learn more. This would be an ideal second/third job. Any experience in buying/product management or education in fashion or marketing would be a bonus but is not essential.
What is essential is that you can work autonomously, ask questions, take on challenges, keep up in a fast-paced team, learn, and have a sense of humour!
In this role you will provide administrative support to the wider team and grow to have ownership of particular tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Research new products on the market, trends and potential suppliers.
- Maintain accurate and upto-date product information records.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of product catalogues and pricing lists.
- Support the product development process by coordinating sample requests, tracking samples, and providing feedback to suppliers.
- Support with Technical and Compliance records.
- Provide administrative support to the buying team, including data entry, filing, and organising documents.
Requirements:
- Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problemsolving mindset.
- Passion for learning is essential.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
