In terms of the role you would be managing high profile categories with key retail customers, maintaining the high levels of experience our customer expects. Additional responsibilities will include.
- Maintaining excellent customer relations with all clients
- Help retailers drive category growth
- Work strategically on joint business planning passing on compelling insight and innovative solutions.
- Negotiation of contracts and pricing structures
- Working with internal departments to resolve any client issues.
- Be creative with dealing with possible obstacles in customer delivery
To be successful within this role, you need excellent communication skills, to be enthusiastic and organised whilst being able to use your own initiative to adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
