The Impact You Will Have:
As a Customer Service Assistant at Pavilion Exmouth, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the café, bar and maintaining exceptional Customer Service standards. Your responsibilities include delivering outstanding Customer Service, assisting with ice-cream operations, stocking products, and ensuring seamless bar service during intervals. Your efforts will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our patrons.
What You Will Bring:
As the ideal candidate for this role, you'll bring a meticulous eye for detail and a customer-centric approach to your work. Your ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team will ensure the smooth operation of our bar at Pavilion Exmouth. Flexibility for non-standard hours, coupled with a genuine empathy for our patrons, will be essential in delivering exceptional Customer Service. While not mandatory, possessing a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, previous experience in a similar environment, and a good understanding of leisure and hospitality industry trends will be advantageous. Please note, candidates must be over 18 years old in compliance with licensing laws.
