Job description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Call Centre Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing communication with leads, ensuring appointment availability, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. .
Responsibilities
- Appointment Scheduling: Make outbound calls to leads to confirm and ensure availability for appointments. Coordinate with team members to schedule appointments efficiently.
- Follow-Up Communications: Send follow-up emails to leads to confirm appointment details and provide necessary information. Conduct follow-up calls and emails to gauge interest and address any concerns.
- CRM Management: Record all relevant contact activities, appointment details, and lead interactions accurately in the CRM system. Regularly update lead information and maintain data integrity in the CRM.
- Feedback Collection: Place follow-up calls after appointments to gather feedback from leads regarding their experience. Document feedback in the CRM system and communicate insights to the appropriate team members.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for leads.
- General Administration: Assist the sales and admin team with other administrative duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in a Call Centre or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and comfortable with data entry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy in record keeping.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

Further Information
The Employer is: VB BLINDS SYSTEMS LTD. Salary: £10.50 per hour. Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
