THE COMPANY
As a Campaign Analyst in this company, you will have an exciting opportunity to work within an industry leading analytics team working embedded in various industry leaders in the retail space! This team have a strong team of enthusiastic and talented individuals who put the campaign first. This company are looking for an analyst due to growth in the team as they better attempt to understand their campaigns.
THE ROLE
As a Campaign Analyst, you will be manipulating and analysing large datasets to produce actionable insights in a statistical manor, primarily using strong SQL skills Python or R if you are able to. You can expect to be performing analysis across campaign segmentations, acquistion, retention and other adhoc projects.
More specifically, you can be expected to be involved in the following:
- Analysing how customers respond to marketing communications
- Analysing campaign and transactional data to understand behaviour
- Understanding campaign churn, LTV and order frequency
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Campaign Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Commercial experience using SQL to analyse campaign behaviour (Python or R is also great)
- Marketing attribution experience
- Some commercial experience with ideally a degree in a STEM subject
- Experience working cross-functionally
- Experience working with transactional and online data is desirable
- Proven ability to provide actionable insights across various teams
