THE ROLE – WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Campaign Data Analyst is a key role within the Digital Enablement Technology Operations department. You will be working within the Faststats suite; primarily consisting of the Discoverer system and Peoplestage. 

•    Maintain and document data selections brief and follow a set process.
•    Work with the wider Data Team and other stakeholders on various projects (as directed) and activity across the Trust in a collaborative and positive manner.
•    Take requirements from internal stakeholders and convert them into clearly defined audiences. Including segmenting audiences based on channel and compliance.
•    Work with the Campaign Data Lead Analyst to manage your workload and look at ways to improve the delivery of data selections.
•    Work with internal stakeholders, on a one to one or team basis, in producing data selections across single of multiple communication channels.
•    Work with our Data Compliance and Data teams to help fulfil our compliance and segmentation needs, as well as to meeting our legislative obligations under GDPR, ICO, and Fundraising Regulators etc.

THE PERSON – WHO YOU ARE
You will have:
•    The ability to understand and interpret data.
•    Some general exposure to data analysis.
•    The ability to apply data analysis techniques.
•    Familiarity with navigating or knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
•    Ability to meet deadlines and actively control your case load.
•    Previous experience with Excel.

You will be:
•    Comfortable with presenting to and challenging stakeholders where required.
•    Able to build relationships with internal stakeholders (Colleagues) and third party suppliers.
•    Agile, analytical and logical thinking.
•    Some familiarity with applying data models, desired but not essential.
•    Qualified to A-level or equivalent or have 2 years of relevant work experience
