ANALYTICS MANAGER - CUSTOMER / CAMPAIGN / CRM

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the CRM Analytics team of this well-known retailer with a global presence. Supporting customers across the UK instore and online, this is an excellent opportunity to manage a small team and oversee the full campaign management process of this CRM analytics function.
THE COMPANY
This client is a huge, household name retailer, operating not just in the UK but also abroad, both online and in-store. With various brands as their partners and their own loyalty scheme, the CRM Analytics function supports various projects for the business.
THE ROLE
Following the organic growth of the CRM analytics team over the last 12 months, the CRM Analytics Manager will be taking on a small team of 3 direct reports. You will also:
- do the data plan and strategy of customer targeting and marketing for the business
- review existing campaigns and the customer journey, as well as build new campaigns that will benefit the business, ultimately managing and overseeing both of these
- communicate any insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the analytics function, be that in sales, marketing or finance
- take responsibility of marketing communications across the various channels, including emails, direct mail, SMS and push notifications
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
As the CRM Analytics Manager, you will need:
- previous people management experience and leadership skills, either from direct line management or mentorship
- an analytical background and mindset, in order to work with complex data sets
- strong skills in SQL for handling large customer data sets
- experience across campaign management - skills in Salesforce are preferable, but open to alternatives such as Unica or Adobe Campaign
- excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills
- good CRM experience from a commercial role
