THE ROLE
As a CRM Lifecycle Campaign Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Take the lead in setting up Braze campaigns from initial concept to execution and their automation
- Configure and optimise platforms to align with campaign objectives
- Implement best practices for campaign set-up, including audience segmentation and messaging and channel section
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives and key performance indicators
- Develop comprehensive strategies for new campaigns, considering target audiences and desired outcomes
- Lead expansion of notifications across new channels - SMS, In-app, Push
- Implement segmentation strategies to tailor personalised content for specific audience groups
- Familiarity with liquid use within Braze
- Employ A/B testing methodologies to optimise content performance
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Braze expertise is needed!
- Proven experience in setting up and launching successful campaigns in primarily in Braze, using liquid and ideally Adobe Campaign
- HTML experience
- Certification in Braze or Adobe Campaign is desirable but not necessary
- Strong analytical skills
INTERVIEW PROCESS
- 1st stage - CV run-through, going over previous experience - online
- 2nd stage - Task shared before to present - based on research and critical thinking - in person
- 3rd stage - Sign off chat with the Director
