Introduction
Optimizely is looking for an experienced Campaign Marketing Specialist to join the Global Digital Marketing Team. We are looking for someone with expertise in digital paid media advertising, lead generation, project management, and campaign management. You will own multi-channel paid media campaign execution across all Optimizely solutions, working closely with global campaign managers, content managers, field marketing, marketing operations and external media partners and agencies.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize paid media demand generation programs and campaigns.
- Coordinate and collaborate with corporate and regional demand teams for campaign assets.
- Lead digital testing and experimentation to improve program performance
- Takes a data-driven approach to campaign measurement.
- Prepare and present campaigns results, insights, and recommendations.
- Manage campaign creation processes working with our external media agency
Knowledge and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software marketing and digital media campaign execution
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Good knowledge of B2B lead generation approaches, techniques, and tactics.
- Strong experience executing paid search, paid social, programmatic, and publisher-direct demand generation campaigns.
- Detail oriented and able to drive multiple campaigns simultaneously and execute flawlessly in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytics experience with GA4, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Data Studio, SEMRush is a plus as is experience with project management software (i.e. Asana)
- Experience with digital experimentation and testing software a plus.
- Data driven growth mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Undergraduate degree in business or marketing or equivalent
