Improving quality and outcomes Support effective collaborative working across the Cancer Alliance promoting NHS values. Manage the planning, delivery and assurance of the Cancer Alliance delivery plan which will improve clinical outcomes and patient experience for the people of Devon and Cornwall; this will require strong project and programme management skills Develop and utilise specialist knowledge and experience related to the use of improvement methodology to achieve transformational changes in service delivery across complex pathways and systems of care Manage, and maintain credibility with all stakeholders across the Cancer Alliance community, fostering a culture of collaboration for the delivery of equitable, high quality care. This will include demonstrating scrutiny, decision making, disseminating best practice, consultation, engagement and information sharing. Understand, communicate and implement national policy through Cancer Alliance improvement activities. Keep abreast of best practice, ensuring this is shared and widespread adoption secured through advanced influencing skills Establish and maintain highly effective communication routes in line with the needs of the diverse range of Cancer Alliance stakeholders including patients and the public
