Job Description
- Manage and deliver Capital Allowance projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service.
- Identify opportunities for business development within the tax sector.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated services.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team.
- Stay abreast of changes in the tax landscape.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of client proposals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Capital Allowance Assistant Manager should have:
- A strong academic background, preferably with a focus in Accountancy, Taxation or a related field.
- Proven record in a professional services environment.
- Excellent knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Quantity surveyor background (Desirable)
