Car Sales Executive

Position: Car Sales Executive
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: £22,000 Salary - £55,000 OTE
C&B Recruitment are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join a reputable Dealership in Bradford, West Yorkshire. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the dealership
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Conduct test drives and explain features and benefits of vehicles to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and ethical manner
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively sell vehicles
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall dealership goals
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in Car Sales is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and technology
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
- A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset
