Care Assistant Position - Barry Care Home
Role Highlights: Personal Care Excellence: Provide compassionate and respectful personal care, including bathing and toileting, ensuring the dignity and comfort of residents. Care Plan Adherence: Follow detailed care plans meticulously, tailoring assistance to individual needs and fostering a person-centered approach to care. Mealtime Support: Assist residents during meal times, promoting a positive dining experience and ensuring nutritional needs are met. Emotional Support: Offer empathetic and understanding support to residents, fostering a sense of companionship and well-being. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a supportive team to create a warm and welcoming environment for residents. Requirements: Registered with Social Care Wales Minimum 6 months of care experience Shift Patterns: Day Shift: 7 am - 7 pm Night Shift: 7 pm - 7 am Competitive Pay: £10.42 per hour If you are a caring individual with a commitment to providing excellent care, we would love to hear from you!
