As a Care Assistant your responsibilities will include:
• Providing support to service users including personal care
• Monitoring, assisting and supervision of medication
• Assisting with general housework for service users
• Regularly attending staff meetings to inspire and support members of the team

• Keeping all information about clients and their families secure and confidential

• Ability to deal with confidential information and stick to GDPR regulations
• Have a polite and professional demeanour
