AddressOcean Healthcare are looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to support a 7-year-old girl with Epilepsy in Bude, Cornwall. She lives with her mum, dad, sister and 3 guinea pigs in a lovely and welcoming home. She is non-verbal and requires manual handling via hoist.
You will be working 1:1
The ideal candidate would be a resilient, seasoned carer with a solid understanding of personal care, and experience with moving and handling. You would need to have lots of energy and be confident working with children. It would be desirable if you were competent with sufferers of epilepsy.
Pay Rates:
- £14.80 p/hr Monday – Thursday
- £15.05 p/hr Friday
- £17.05 p/hr Saturday & Sunday
- £20.05 p/hr Bank Holidays

Shifts:
Part Time Hours, Holiday & Sickenss Cover
It's vital that we have staff consistency and so you will be required to pick up a minimum number of shifts. You will be able to pick up more shifts each week if you would like to. Weekday shifts and Weekend shifts are available. Flexibility would be appreciated, but we are willing to consider your personal circumstances if there are days/times you are unable to work.
Full mileage paid from home to this location in BUDE up to a maximum of 20 miles each way.
