Superior Healthcare provides round-the-clock care packages to support children, young people, and adults who have long-term health conditions to live independently in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients.
- Day, Night, or Weekend shifts.
- Choose full-time or part-time.
- Shifts are 8 -12 hours.
What we offer Care Assistants:
Superior Healthcare offers comprehensive in-person training upon joining, along with paid/supported induction shifts and ongoing support/supervision by our team of nurses and supervisors.
If a client’s needs mean you require an additional skill, such as Cough Assist or Enteral Feeding, we provide paid specialist training to ensure you can confidently support them.

Requirements:
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- A minimum commitment of 2x shifts a week.
- You must be based in the UK to apply for this role – we do not offer VISA sponsorship
