Care Assistant (Days)

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:
- Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and assisting with activities.
- Follow care plans to ensure individualised care for each client
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Basic IT skills to document client information accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and caring demeanor

Pay: £11.90-£12.40 per hour
