SalaryPotton House Care Home is located in the market town of Biggleswade in Bedfordshire. Our home offers specialist nursing and dementia support for 24 adults, with 24-hour input from registered nurses. We can also offer end of life/palliative care and respite services.
Our home offers a specialised Dementia Plus service, which supports people who have dementia who may have complex support needs. Our goal at Potton House is to provide personalised care, support, and outcomes to the people who live here, in a dignified manner.

Both personal care and participation in activities are key parts of the Support Worker role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are vital.
Previous experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker would be beneficial, however it is not essential; all we ask is that you have a willingness to learn and the compassion to care for the people we support.
