SalaryCare Assistant: No experience necessary, full and comprehensive training provided in our office in Gillingham, Kent
Hours per week: Flexible 2-3 mornings or evenings (plus every other weekend) or more.
Location: Medway (ME1, ME2, ME3, ME4, ME5, ME7 or ME8) we aim to keep you close to your local area within Medway, Kent.
Hourly Rate: £12.25 per hour minimum (£13.25 per hour after 7pm weekday evenings and at weekends. Enhanced rates during bank holidays) plus mileage.

Our clients lead busy lives and place a great deal of trust in us to take care of their loved ones. For these reasons and as you would expect, it is important to us that each member of our team is:

In addition to the above, we require our team to:
- Live in Medway
- Be able to work evenings and alternate weekends
- Have a full UK driving licence (or equivalent)
- Have access to your own vehicle
- Be prepared to go through our 3-day induction training at our Gillingham office
- Have a right to work in the UK (we can only accept applications from within the UK)
I like what I've read, but what tasks will I do?
Our clients depend on our team of CareGivers to help and support them with the activities of daily living in their own homes. Typical tasks include:
- Companionship (hobbies, trips out etc)
- Medication assistance
- Personal care (minimal assistance is all that is sometimes needed)
- Assisting clients living with Dementia
- Meal preparation
- Shopping
- Light housekeeping
