Join our homecare team in Bradford!We are recruiting full and part-time Care Assistants to provide care and support to people living in Bradford.

Supporting customers within the local community across:
- BD2 - Eccleshill
- BD3 - Barkerend
- BD4 - East Bowling
- BD8 - Girlington & Toller
- BD7 - Great Horton
You will also receive up to £300 Refer a Friend bonus, up to £300 annual bonus, and £25 birthday gift voucher.
Pay: £12.30 p/hr (drivers) / £11.50 p/hr (walkers)- 45p per mile for drivers
- 20p per mile for cyclists
As a Care Assistantin Bradford for Be Caring, your working hours will be aligned with our shift patterns, which include early starts, late evenings and weekend working:
- Early shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Late shift: 3:00pm - 10:00pm (finish time depends on public transport times)
As a Care Assistant in Bradford for Be Caring, we will agree your working pattern, setting 2-week rota which includes:
- Alternate full weekends.

You may already have many of the skills needed to make an excellent Care Assistant in Bradford for Be Caring, patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively are all essential qualities for this role. As a Care Assistant working in Bradford, you will:

Induction Training
We are looking for people with Be Caring values to join our team. For this role you do not need care experience, we recognise you will have many transferable skills from previous roles, for example as a shop assistant. We will provide you with the training you need to be an outstanding Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant for Be Caring Bradford, you will be provided with comprehensive induction training, including:
