We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Care Assistant/Support Worker to join our team.
You will play a crucial role in making a positive impact on the lives of individuals within our community who require assistance and support.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes or community
Assist with daily activities, personal care, meal prep, and household tasks
Foster independence by supporting them to attend social and recreational activities
Maintaining accurate records
Ensuring the safety and well-being of the individual
Requirements:
Previous experience preferrable however if you are a compassionate person looking to get into Care full training will be given
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Basic computer skills and proficiency in maintaining accurate records
Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
