Care Co-ordinator

Duties:

IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Allocate caregivers to clients on electronic rostering system

Liaise with Registered Manager regarding all duties

Ensure files and paperwork are updated in line with changing support needs

Develop Care Plans

Salary: £12,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
