Reed are recruiting a Care coordinator for a thriving and growing domiciliary care provider. Based in their Dunmow office, you will be working alongside the Registered Manager to coordinate a service supporting their clients across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Hertfordshire.

• £25,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday with on-call responsibilities
• Majority office based, with Service User visits

Care Coordinatorresponsibilities will include:

• Ensuring safe provision of care through effective staff rota’s
• Reviewing and updating care plans
• Accurate and timely payroll and expense processing
• Ongoing staff training, development and reviews
• Appraisals, client visions and staff supervisions
