We have a great opportunity for a Care Home General Manager looking for their next career move to manage our Water Hall Care and Nursing Home in Bletchley, Milton Keynes currently rated 'OUTSTANDING' by CQC.
Water Hall is warm and welcoming, with excellent facilities and exemplary standards in care. The home provides a range of respite, long-term residential, residential dementia, frail nursing and end of life care.
As the General Manager, you would have joint Registered Manager status along with the Home Manager and be responsible for 56 bedrooms all of which feature an en-suite wet-room and are arranged over 2 floors. You would have an internal team including a Care Manager, Administrator and Ancillary teams as well as the Regional Director and Regional team to support and work alongside you.

About You:
Experienced within a nursing/Care Home setting for older people.
Nurse qualification desirable
Level 5 management in Health & Social Care OR equivalent
Sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation
Excellent organisations and planning skills.
Strong communication skills and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
Proven track record of successful marketing
Control of budgets
