Salary: £50,550 - £60,506
Hours: 36 per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a keen and enthusiastic individual to join the staff team within Royston Court Care Home providing ongoing care and support to vulnerable older people.
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual with proven experience to be accountable for the management and effective running of a Care Home for Older People who thrives in leading change and daily challenges within a highly complex yet rewarding environment.
You will have a proven track record of leading services within the health and social care environment, have an excellent grasp of adult protection, regulation and guidance, establishing best practice in meeting needs of older people in residential care. You should be able to work flexibly and creatively within a dynamic and ambitious team. You will lead a service with high standards and ensure systems are in place for quality assurance and effectiveness of the service and will work with highly capable, enthusiastic staff, all of whom want to make a positive difference to the lives of adults.
This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
