You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of care and Nursing at Brandon by overseeing the effective management of a number of geographically identified Care and Nursing Home managers and ensuring every person supported feels valued and Cared for. Benefits:Basic salary of £55,603 per yearCar allowance Instant access to your pay through Wagestream, plus the ability to track your earnings in real time through the month, save straight from your salary and access financial coaching  At least 27 days paid holiday plus bank holidays Occupational pension, occupational sick pay, maternity and paternity schemes, free life assurance and free DBS checks  Travel support including discounts on public transport and season ticket loans  Recommend-a-friend bonuses   Employee discounts (including supermarkets) via your Blue Light Card, CONNECT and Costco membership  We’re looking for: Minimum 3 years of operational management experience with a successful track record of leadership Current registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC)  Experience in clinical supervision of trained Nurses Developing and delivering high-quality new services and transforming services  Commercial awareness, business development, contract management, and strong financial management skills Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills A positive approach towards working with people with learning disabilities Your responsibilities: Inspire and manage a team of dedicated care professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environmentProvide clinical management and leadership to the area nursing teamCo-ordinate and deploy area resources in the most optimal way, responding to need and in compliance with good governance Implement processes that support managers to fulfil their responsibilities in relation to Health and Safety regulations. Co-ordinate, respond to, and satisfactorily manage complaints Champion people supported by Brandon to be involved every day in directing and influencing the nature of the service they receive across all services Ensure that the pursuit of person-centered approaches are key elements of Brandon’s overall strategy and service delivery Ensure actions derived from customer surveys and voices events are kept live and actioned Promote effective engagement with and involvement of staff, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement
